1. Eligibility for Return & Refund

Customers may request a return or refund if one of the following conditions is met:

  • The product received is not as described in the purchase order (wrong type, model, or quantity).

  • The product is defective due to manufacturing or damaged during delivery.

  • The product remains unused, in original packaging and with intact seals (for goods requiring special storage).

  • The return request is submitted within 3 days from the date of receipt.

2. Cases Not Eligible for Return

  • Products that have been used, partially consumed, or damaged due to improper storage after delivery.

  • Custom-made or specially ordered items, or chemicals with opened packaging, unless proven to be faulty due to the company’s error.

  • Failure to provide sufficient supporting documents such as invoice, delivery note, or clear evidence of the issue.

3. Return & Refund Process

  1. Customers must contact us via hotline or email: kinhdoanh@cpevietnam.com.vn to submit a request.

  2. Our technical/order handling team will review the request and respond within 2 working days.

  3. If approved, we will:

    • Replace the product with the correct one (subject to availability), or

    • Provide a full refund of the paid amount.

4. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after approval.

  • Refund methods include: bank transfer or credit toward the next order (subject to customer agreement).
