1. Eligibility for Return & Refund
Customers may request a return or refund if one of the following conditions is met:

The product received is not as described in the purchase order (wrong type, model, or quantity).

The product is defective due to manufacturing or damaged during delivery.

The product remains unused, in original packaging and with intact seals (for goods requiring special storage).

The return request is submitted within 3 days from the date of receipt.
2. Cases Not Eligible for Return

Products that have been used, partially consumed, or damaged due to improper storage after delivery.

Custom-made or specially ordered items, or chemicals with opened packaging, unless proven to be faulty due to the company’s error.

Failure to provide sufficient supporting documents such as invoice, delivery note, or clear evidence of the issue.
3. Return & Refund Process

Customers must contact us via hotline or email: kinhdoanh@cpevietnam.com.vn to submit a request.

Our technical/order handling team will review the request and respond within 2 working days.

If approved, we will:

Replace the product with the correct one (subject to availability), or
-
Provide a full refund of the paid amount.

4. Refund Timeline

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after approval.

Refund methods include: bank transfer or credit toward the next order (subject to customer agreement).
